The style of Malkavian has evolved from intricate modern thrash to a much more primal sound, blending death, black metal, and sinister atmospheres.
After two albums, The Worshipping Mass and Annihilating the Shades, which earned them spots at Hellfest in 2015 and 2018, along with numerous concerts and an EP titled Splattering the Wall, Malkavian reinvents itself with their third album, set for release on January 10, 2025, under L'Ordalie Noire.
