I. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the relationship between L'Ordalie Noire, a music distribution and promotion association, and any person wishing to make a purchase through its website.

II. Products and Services

L'Ordalie Noire offers physical products (vinyl records, CDs, etc.) and digital products (downloads). The descriptions and photos are as accurate as possible but are not contractual. Digital products, once purchased, are non-refundable.

III. Orders

Any order placed on the website implies acceptance of these GTCS. An order confirmation will be sent to the customer by email after validation. L'Ordalie Noire reserves the right to refuse an order in case of a previous dispute.

IV. Prices and Payment

Prices are listed in euros, including all taxes (TTC). Delivery fees are calculated at the time of order validation. Payment is made online via PayPal or credit card.

V. Shipping

Orders are shipped within 7 business days via La Poste or Colissimo. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. L'Ordalie Noire cannot be held responsible for delays or loss of packages caused by the carrier.

VI. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal as long as the order has not been shipped, by contacting L'Ordalie Noire by email at lordalienoire@gmail.com. After shipping, returns must be requested within 14 days, and products must be in their original condition. Digital sales are not eligible for a refund.

VII. Refund Policy

In case of an approved return, a refund will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned products. Promotional products and digital downloads are non-refundable.

VIII. Liability

L'Ordalie Noire disclaims all liability for direct or indirect damages related to the use or content of its website, including data loss.

IX. Personal Data

The personal data collected is used for order processing and necessary communications. With their consent, customers may receive newsletters and promotions. Data is never shared with third parties without prior authorization.

X. Applicable Law

These GTCS are governed by French law. Any disputes will be brought before the competent courts.
